Position and message
Who you're for, what you promise, and the words that make it land.
A new product, a new offer or a new market. Paxton Studio finds the position worth taking, the one message that lands and the first channel to test, then builds what the launch needs.

Three answers before any budget: who it's for, why they'd switch, and where they can be reached first. Then just enough to test them: a page that explains the offer in one read, tracking from day one, and one channel run properly.

When the offer needs one: a name, an identity and a design system your team can use.
A site or landing page built to convert, measured from the first visit.
One channel tested properly, with a number that says whether to scale it.
A 40-page brand book, five channels at once, a dashboard nobody reads. At launch, the right effort goes to proving one thing. The rest comes once it works.
A clear position, one message, a page that explains the offer, tracking in place, and one channel to test. Everything else can wait until one of them works.
It depends on what exists already. We set the first priorities in the first weeks, then ship and adjust week by week.
Yes, when there's a real product or offer to take to market and a team ready to make decisions fast.
Yes, if the scope stays focused. At launch, the work goes to what moves first: the position, the message and one channel to test. The proposal sizes the monthly hours to that scope, and it grows with you.
It depends on what you need. Most clients commit to a set number of hours each month, and the hourly rate goes down as the volume goes up. Extra hours are billed at a rate agreed upfront. A fixed monthly fee is also possible. Engagements usually start at 10 hours a month, and you get a written proposal with the numbers before anything starts.
Marina sets the strategy and leads the work herself. When execution needs specialist hands, she brings in people she has worked with and vouches for. You keep one point of contact and one line.
We take on a small number of clients, on purpose, so each one gets real bandwidth and fast replies.
Nothing is locked: files, accounts, code and data are yours from day one. The scope adjusts as your priorities move, as set in the contract.
Tell us what you're building. We'll tell you honestly if we can help.
